✘ Homes in extreme condition (excessive dirt, clutter, trash, or heavy buildup)
may require a price adjustment due to additional time and labor.
✔ Homes in regular condition keep the fixed promotional rate.

Promotion Rules
Extreme-condition homes may require a price increase
due to additional time and work.

Clients must book within December to receive the promotional price.
Cleaning must be completed in the same month it is booked.
Bookings for future months (e.g., January) do not qualify, even if reserved in December.
The promotional price applies only once per client.
Future deep cleanings will be charged at the regular deep cleaning rate.
Maintenance cleanings are priced separately.
The promotional rate does not apply to maintenance services.
