Yes, you can reschedule an appointment, but if more than 5 days have passed since the agreed date, there will be an additional charge. The reason for this is that the house hasn’t had regular maintenance, so we need to ensure everything is set for the regular maintenance to resume. Also, if it’s scheduled monthly and rescheduled for the following month, the cleaning will be billed as a deep cleaning. However, we won’t include the extras typical of a deep cleaning. Whether extras like doors, windows, baseboards, blinds, spider webs, lamps, etc., will be included will depend on your choice, but this would incur an additional charge, but this only applies if the cleaning has been overdue for more than the agreed-upon time, which is typically more than a month. The charges will depend on how much time has elapsed since the previous appointment.

Our standard cleaning service, which includes regular upkeep, generally requires 2-3 hours, adjusting based on the house’s size and condition. Additionally, for move-in or move-out cleanings, which involve more comprehensive tasks, we allocate approximately 4-5 hours, again depending on the property’s size and condition.
